How we work

From first principle to pilot production

A disciplined path turns a research question into hardware you can field. Every stage has to clear the data before the next one starts.

Concept & feasibility

Mission and physics define the envelope. We model what’s possible before any metal is cut.

Design & simulation

We resolve geometry, loads, and aerodynamics in CAD and CFD, iterating until the numbers close.

Prototype

We build flight-representative hardware fast, with structures, propulsion, and avionics integrated.

Flight test & validation

Instrumented flights expand the envelope and prove the model against the real world.

Pilot production

The validated design hands off to manufacturing: repeatable, qualified, ready to scale.
